April 18 - 19th, 2022 - Transferred from TSC to NBC, new office has jurisdiction. May 16th, 2022 - A-File Arrived at NBC (According to Emma)Any Lee's Summit,MO transfers. Back to Green Card Discussion Forum (I-485) Ask a Lawyer. PD - EB2 current I 485, I140, Medicals submission - Feb, 2022 (to Texas service center) I 140 approved - March, 2022 Biometrics - April Transfer to NBC - June 8 Waiting since then.. Called customer support twice, one said the file is still at NBC, other said it was transferred to Cleveland FO on July 5.I485 transferred from TSC to NBC, MO. My I485 was applied a year back (May'21) and couple of weeks back I got a notice stating that "In Order to Speed up processing we transferred your application/petition to following USCIS office for processing" and I see the NBC , Lee's Summit MO address given. Its an EB based I485 & I already have my EAD&AP. .
